What I do. Weekly 60-minute strategy session with the leadership voices that need to be in the room — typically founder or CEO, CPO, head of sales. Plus async access between sessions for the decisions that come up in real time. I review launches, hires, content moves, GTM decisions, and pressure-test the work your team is shipping.
You'll leave with. Every important marketing decision — hires, launches, content bets, GTM moves — pressure-tested by a senior brain before it ships. For pre-launch pushes, scale-ups, post-pivot resets, or leadership gaps between full-time hires.
