What I do. Weekly 60-minute strategy session with the leadership voices that need to be in the room — typically founder or CEO, CPO, head of sales. Plus async access between sessions for the decisions that come up in real time. I review launches, hires, content moves, GTM decisions, and pressure-test the work your team is shipping.

What I do. Near-full-time embedded with your team for a quarter or two. I own marketing strategy, manage and develop your team, drive change management and process improvements, and ship the senior work alongside everyone else. For pre-launch pushes, scale-ups, post-pivot resets, or leadership gaps between full-time hires.

You'll leave with. For a quarter or two you have the marketing leader you'd otherwise hire — embedded, owning everything, driving change. At the end, the function is either ready to run on its own or ready to recruit a full-time replacement with confidence.

I'm a systems and patterns thinker. I move through marketing problems by connecting the dots between product, sales, audience, and channel: finding where the process is broken, building the answer bottom-up. I ask a lot of questions and tend to surface what other people have stopped noticing.

Writing has been the through-line since I was a child, after studying commercial journalism in the Netherlands, writing columns, features and editorials for Dutch print magazines and websites, and short fiction along the way. The marketing career for global B2B and B2C companies came from the same instinct: translating complex things into language people can actually use.

I'm working on a literary non-fiction book. Once a month I co-host and tell stories at Club Motte — a real-life storytelling night in Berlin: themed evenings, no mic, no notes. I co-wrote the script for the indie feature MCMX, which premiered at the Buenos Aires International Film Festival in 2025. When I'm not writing, I paint at @abstracting.csilla.
